31/07 - Contentment all around while returning from Hickstead

From 25 to 28 July Jenny was allowed to participate in the international event at Hickstead, in the South of England, with Kennet W and Popeye. Jenny started with both horses in the Small Tour class.

On the first day of competition, on Thursday 26th of July, Jenny had to ride the Prix St. George with both horses. Jenny received a score of 68.00% while riding Kennet W which earned them the fifth place. When riding Popeye Jenny performed excellent again and they received almost the same score (67.25%) which earned Jenny and Popeye a seventh place.

On the second day of competition the scores of both horses were a little bit disappointing partly caused by the extreme weather. Kennet W and Jenny became ninth with a score of 66.30% and Popeye scored 62.65% which put him on the 18th place. Jenny and Kennet W did qualify themselves for the Freestyle Test.

During the Freestyle Test Jenny and Kennet W received a beautiful score by the judge of 69.75% which made them seventh.
