Jenny Schreven was born on the 5th of March in 1985 and is living in Weert, the Netherlands. She started riding when she was 6 years old. By the age of 9 Jenny was participating in competitions. During her pony time riding Guinivère she has booked some good results, up to 4th level. When she became 13 she had to make a shift to horses. Again riding Guinevère she started competitions on the 4th level. When she turned 15 she rode Kennet W in the Juniors' class. During this period she achieved some amazing results in the 5th level and Small Tour. At the moment she rides three horses in competition at Small Tour-level.
The biggest part of her High school days Jenny went to the Pleincollege Sint-Joris in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. This high school takes part in a program called the LOOT-project, which is freely translated into National Counsel of Education and Professional Sports. This gave her the liberty to train extensively and to participate in (international) competitions. It turned out to be the ideal combination of education and sports for Jenny. She finished high school on the highest level in 2004.
Today Jenny is spending all her time on the dressage sport. Next to training and riding dressage horses in competitions, she also provides training and gives clinics for Dressage Stable Schreven.
In April of 2007 she finished the study Masterclass at the NHB in Deurne.
